Lt. j.g. Scott Bryant prepares Petty Officer 2nd Class David Cable for a dive into Africa's Lake Victoria. Bryant and Cable, assigned to U.S. Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit 2, are forward-deployed to Uganda as part of the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa mission to search for and possibly recover pieces of an Ilyushin 76 cargo plane that crashed into the lake on March 9.
