Marines with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit prepare to board a Landing Craft, Air-Cushioned hovercraft loaded with Light-Armored Vehicles in the well deck of the USS New York, Oct. 26, 2014. The LCACs transported Marines and LAVs from Bravo Company, Battalion Landing Team 3rd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, ashore for an amphibious assault exercise as part of Composite Training Unit Exercise.
