Marine Staff Non Commissioned Officers-in-charge with Recruiting Station Jacksonville, Florida, stand in front of a poolee formation during a pool function held at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia, Oct. 31, 2014. The Command of Recruiting Station Jacksonville gathered the female poolees from its recruiting sub-stations, in order to prepare them for future endeavors as they take on the challenge of becoming Marines. The command also had the opportunity to further evaluate the female poolees for potential assignment in previously closed combat arms Military Occupational Specialties.
