Boatswain's Mate 2nd Class Carlglo Rula, a landing signalman aboard the landing dock ship USS Comstock (LSD 45), from Bacalod City, Philippines, directs an MH-60S Sea Hawk, transporting the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) and his staff, for landing on the flight deck Nov. 28. Comstock is part of the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and with the embarked 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), is deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
