Chief of Naval Operations (CNO), Adm. Jonathan Greenert addresses Marines with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) and Sailors aboard the dock landing ship USS Comstock (LSD 45) during a visit to the ship Nov. 28.
