NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Jan.26, 2015) -- Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Equipment) 1st Class Christine Taylor, left, and Luce Darius, assigned to the Pre-commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78), co-facilitate the peer-led Bystander Intervention course taught on Jan. 26, 2015 in Newport News, Va. The goal of the training is to empower all Sailors to intervene when they identify situations incongruent with the Navy ethos and core values.
