Gunnery Sgt. Patrick S. Noel feeds an elephant during a tour here Feb. 15. Noel and Marines attached to Marine Aircraft Group 12, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force, in support of Exercise Cobra Gold 2015, were afforded the opportunity to take a tour of the ancient temples in the area. Noel is the fuels staff noncommissioned officer in charge with Marine Wing Support Squadron 171, MAG 12, 1st MAW, III MEF. Exercise Cobra Gold 2015 is a Thailand /United States, co-sponsored multinational and joint theater security cooperation exercise, conducted annually in the Kingdom of Thailand, with 25 nations participating this year.
