150223-N-KL617-083 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Feb. 23, 2015) - Lt. Seth Hall, U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge's (LCC 19) main propulsion assistant, discusses the merits of steam-power in modern navies with Chief Warrant Officer John Mann, the ship's damage control assistant.
