Community leaders from the city of Shawa Wa Um Jidir, located in the 9 Nissan district of eastern Baghdad, gather in front of the new civil support district center building during the opening ceremony of the facility on June 11. The center will offer hundreds of Iraqis courses in road repair, generator repair, plumbing, electrical installation, sanitation and landscaping in order help people find work and improve the economy in the region.
