Pfc. Gregory Castro, of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., checks his surroundings and provides security outside of the civil support district center June 11 in the city of Shawa Wa Um Jidir, located in 9 Nissan District of eastern Baghdad. The center will offer hundreds of Iraqis courses in road repair, generator repair, plumbing, electrical installation, sanitation and landscaping in order for them to find work in their local neighborhoods in their chosen career paths. Castro is assigned to Company B, 2nd Battalion, 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad.
