Staff Sgt. Richard Smith, of Tulsa, Okla., enjoys some Iraqi cuisine during the opening ceremony of a new civil support district center building, June 11, in the city of Shawa Wa Um Jidir, located in the 9 Nissan District of eastern Baghdad. The center will offer hundreds of Iraqi civilians courses in road repair, generator repair, plumbing, electrical installation, sanitation and landscaping in order for them to find work in their local neighborhoods in their chosen career paths.
