Soldiers from A Company, 960th Brigade Support Battalion, 115th Fires Brigade, Wyoming Army National Guard, congratulate Sgt. Jeremy Brown on his promotion with a bucket or two of water, on June 21. The 960th Heavy Maintenance Company adopted the tradition for new non-commissioned officers 20 years ago. Soldiers who served with the older incarnation of the company passed the tradition on.
