Airmen with the 819th Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron, Engineers Squadron, work together to pound stakes into the ground to brace a machine that uses pulleys to flatten the wet concrete used to make the foundation of a medical facility at Sather Air Base, June 13. The unit is building more facilities to house the influx of troops and medical equipment here as part of the U.S.-Iraqi Security Agreement signed in November 2008, which states service members are to withdraw from Iraqi cities by June 30.
