Tech. Sgt. Joshua Benauro, 732nd Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron heating, ventalation, air-conditioning systems non-commissioned officer-in-charge, cuts wood in preparation for construction of a 20-foot by 40-foot Southwest Asia hut in Diyala province, recently. The 732nd ECES Construction Team 6 has assisted in closing down three forward-operating bases so far in the Diyala and Salah ad Din provinces. The team supports the Army by disconnecting their assets in order to be redistributed to other locations in Iraq, or in some cases, Afghanistan as part of the U.S.-Iraqi Security Agreement signed in November 2008, which states service members are to withdraw from Iraqi cities by June 30. A native of Waipahu, Hawaii, Benauro is deployed here from Kadena Air Base, Japan.
