Staff Sgt. Brett Usry, 732nd Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, Construction Team 6 structural journeyman, ties trusses together for a roof on a Southwest Asia hut at Combat Outpost Cobra, recently. The 732nd ECES CT 6 has assisted in closing down three forward-operating bases so far in the Diyala and Salah ad Din provinces. The team supports the Army by disconnecting their assets in order to be redistributed to other locations in Iraq, or in some cases, Afghanistan as part of the U.S.-Iraqi Security Agreement signed in November 2008, which states service members are to withdraw from Iraqi cities by June 30. A Thomson, Ga., native, Usry is deployed from Langley Air Force Base, Va.
