French Foreign Legion Sgt. Maj. Jeremy Bellue inspects U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Alex Howell's parachute at a French Base in Djibouti. Howell, a pararescueman from the 82nd Expeditionary Rescue Squadron, along with other Guardian Angels from the 82nd, from a French C-160 Transall, using French parachutes, twice the same day. The Guardian Angels from the 82nd trained with the legionnaires to promote interoperability between the two militaries.
