Lt. Gen. John E. Wissler thanks Command Master Chief Eric S. Anderson after receiving “honorary chief petty officer” March 31 at the III Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters building on Camp Courtney. “His actions in all situations are exactly what he expects of other leaders, he truly is an example for any Marine or sailor of any rank to emulate,” said Anderson. “He also understands the Navy and Marine Corps are successful as a team, each bringing their own skills to the fight.” Anderson is the command master chief for III MEF.
