WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (April 16, 2015) - Rear Adm. Valerie Huegel presents Capt. Michael Stiglitz the Legion of Merit during a change of command ceremony for the 1st Navy Expeditionary Logistics Regiment (1st NELR). Stiglitz was relieved by Capt. Joseph Davis. First NELR is the only active duty regiment of Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group (NAVELSG). NAVELSG provides expeditionary logistics capability for the Navy and joint service customers.
