(April 16, 2015) - Sailors from Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group (NAVELSG) 1st Navy Expeditionary Logistics Regiment (1st NELR) fold the national ensign following a change of command ceremony for Commodore Michael Stiglitz, who was relieved by Commodore Joseph Davis.
