WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (April 16, 2015) - Capt. Michael Stiglitz, commodore of 1st Navy Expeditionary Logistics Regiment, is piped over the side during his change of command ceremony held aboard Yorktown Naval Weapons Station/Chetham Annex. First NELR is the only active duty regiment of Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group (NAVELSG). NAVELSG provides expeditionary logistics capability for the Navy and joint service customers.
