    POOG, Philippines (April 6, 2015) Construction Mechanic 3rd Class Andrew Wade and Equipment Operator Constructionman Jacob Helfert, inside the forklift, both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, work together to move equipment through the project site at Poog Elementary School. The Seabees assigned to NMCB 5’s Construction Action Detail (CCAD) Cebu, Philippines are constructing school houses at Poog Elementary School and Aloguisnsan Elementary School, which will serve more than 2,000 students after the additions are completed. The CCAD's mission is to execute engineering civic assistance projects, conduct skills exchanges with the host nation, and perform community relations events to help enhance shared capabilities and maintain relationships.
