TAKEO, Cambodia (April 13, 2015) Utilitiesman 3rd Class Bill Cammack digs a trench to use for plumbing on a restroom facility construction project at the Hun Sun Koh Andet Primary School. The Seabees assigned to NMCB 5’s Civic Construction Action Detail (CCAD) Cambodia have been building restroom facilities for the school that 1,100 students attend. The CCAD's mission is to execute engineering civic assistance projects, conduct skills exchanges with the host nation, and perform community relations events to help enhance shared capabilities and maintain relationships.
