Petty Officer Justin Lee, a corpsman with 2nd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, talks about his friendship with Lance Cpl. Jacob Matthews who was a rifleman with 1st Battalion, 6th Marines and Chester, Md., native, during a memorial service aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., April 24, 2015. Matthews died due to injuries sustained in a single-vehicle accident in the city of Jacksonville, N.C., April 10, 2015. “I need to love and miss you, but I also need to live because through me, you will live.
