    II Marine Expeditionary Force

Two Marines with 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, prepare explosive charges under a non-standard bridge during a field exercise aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., May 14, 2015. The Marines conducted route clearance patrols and demolition reconnaissance after completing the non-standard bridge. A non-standard bridge is constructed using wood, brick or concrete, and is utilized for foot traffic or vehicles such as Humvees. Once completed, this class of bridge can withstand the weight of one Humvee. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl. Justin T. Updegraff/Released)
