Petty Officer 2nd Class Lucio Diaz, from San Antonio, Texas, runs on a treadmill aboard the Oliver Hazard Perry-class Frigate USS Thach. Sailors aboard Thach are encouraged to exercise on a regular basis to support the Navy's commitment to physical fitness and the ship's overall mission.
