An Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force Coast Guard 33-foot Special Purpose Craft- Law Enforcement boat pulls away from the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Kathleen Moore after embarking a crew to participate in a culminating maritime event June 6 during Tradewinds 2015 Phase One. The Kathleen Moore role-played in the event as a fishing vessel suspected of smuggling drugs. Tradewinds 2015 is a joint, combined exercise conducted in conjunction with partner nations to enhance the collective abilities of defense forces and constabularies to counter transnational organized crime and to conduct humanitarian/disaster relief operations.
