A maritime law enforcement boarding crew, consisting of coast guard, defence force and police from 13 Caribbean nations, disembarks from the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Kathleen Moore June 6 during a culminating event at Tradewinds 2015 Phase One. The Kathleen Moore role-played as a fishing vessel suspected of smuggling drugs during the event. Tradewinds 2015 is a joint, combined exercise conducted in conjunction with partner nations to enhance the collective abilities of defense forces and constabularies to counter transnational organized crime and to conduct humanitarian/disaster relief operations.
