A St. Kitts Nevis Coast Guard 33-foot Special Purpose Craft – Law Enforcement boat closes in on the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Kathleen Moore to embark a boarding crew at a culminating maritime event June 6 during Tradewinds 2015 Phase One. The Kathleen Moore role-played as a fishing vessel suspected of smuggling drugs. Tradewinds 2015 is a joint, combined exercise conducted in conjunction with partner nations to enhance the collective abilities of defense forces and constabularies to counter transnational organized crime and to conduct humanitarian/disaster relief operations.
