An F/A-18F Super Hornet from the "Fighting Redcocks" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 22 lands on the deck of the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) with Maj. Gen. C.S. Sullivan, director, Air Coordination Element, International Security Assistance Force, flying back seat. Sullivan is aboard to observe Ronald Reagan and Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 14 Sailors in the accomplishment of their efforts in Operation Enduring Freedom. Ronald Reagan is currently deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility. Operations in the U.S. 5th Fleet are focused on reassuring regional partners of the United States' commitment to security, which promotes stability and global prosperity.
