Bulgarian Land Forces of the 61st Mechanized Brigade from Karlovo prepare to mount their Humvees as U.S. Army Soldiers of the 2nd Squadron, 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment, out of Vilseck, Germany, use Strykers to provide security during a simulated raid of abuilding here, Sept. 17. The training was a part of Joint Task Force-East, an element of the U.S. European Command's Theater Security Cooperation Program that provides the U.S. and its partners with a training exercise to demonstrate their capabilities and how each contributes to the collective defense of the region.
