For the first time since taking command of U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), Maj. Gen. David N. Blackledge salutes his staff and Soldiers during a change of command ceremony, Sept. 20. He received the command from former West Point classmate Maj. Gen. David A. Morris; both generals graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1975.
