Sgt. Aaron C. Torian, a 28-year-old from Paducah, Ky., questions Iraqi men during a snap vehicle checkpoint while on patrol in Zaidon, Iraq. Torian and his Marines conducted "knock-and-talk" patrols to gather information on trouble spots. One tip on this patrol lead to uncovering an insurgent sniper rifle. Torian is assigned to B Company, 2nd Reconnaissance Battalion, Regimental Combat Team 5.
