150818-HD670-073 FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, Calif. (August 18, 2015) – Utilitiesman Constructionman Robert Douglas, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, and Equipment Operator 2nd Class Daanen Grasso, assigned to Naval Construction Group (NCG) 1, work to tighten down a coupling used to hold a strainer during water well training. The goal of the training is to drill a well at 600ft in order to produce 45 gallons per minute utilizing three, six-man crews to cover around the clock operation. NMCB 4 is currently homeported in Port Hueneme, Calif., in a training cycle in preparation for their upcoming 2016 deployment. (U.S. Navy photo by Utilitiesman 3rd Class Stephen Sisler/Released)
