    150818-HD670-101 FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, Calif. (August 18, 2015) – Utilitiesman 1st Class Glenn Jackson and Utilitiesman Constructionman Robert Douglas, both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, communicate steps for water well drilling during training. The goal of the training is to drill a well at 600 feet in order to produce 45 gallons per minute utilizing three, six-man crews to cover around the clock operation.
