150818-HD670-205 FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, Calif. (August 18, 2015) – Seabees, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, place a 1,100 pound steel collar to extend a drill during water well training. The goal of the training is to drill a well at 600 feet in order to produce 45 gallons per minute utilizing three, six-man crews to cover around the clock operation. NMCB 4 is currently homeported in Port Hueneme, Calif., in a training cycle in preparation for their upcoming 2016 deployment. (U.S. Navy photo by Utilitiesman 3rd Class Stephen Sisler/Released)
