Washington Army National Guard soldiers from 1st Battalion, 161st Infantry Regiment, headquartered in Spokane, Wash., move more easily through a razor-wire fence after one of their team members threw himself onto the wire in a manuever known as a body breach Aug. 21, 2015, during Exercise Grizzly Defender. The exercise is a joint training mission with the Canadian Army Reserve at Canadian Forces Base Wainwright in Alberta, Canada, which ran from Aug. 15-23, 2015, with a focus on offensive tasks including patrols, convoys, raids, information operations, traffic control points, and company-level group attacks.
