A riot control formation capture and arrest the lead protestor during the final demonstration, Sept. 16, 2015, as part of Non-lethal Weapons Executive Seminar. NOLES is an annual exercise hosted by U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific and is the U.S. Pacific Command's premier multilateral theater security cooperation event for non-lethal weapons. Non-lethal weapons and tactics provide options for U.S. Marines and partner nation militaries while operating in the full spectrum of warfare.
