Seaman Apprentice Vivianna Ramos, a builder constructionman, puts a mixture of stone, water and concrete into a portable gas powered cement mixer in the schoolyard of Ali Sabieh School in the Dikhil District, Oct. 24, 2009. The concrete will be used to permanently install fence post for a chain link fence that will eventually be erected around the perimeter of the school campus to ensure the safety of the students and security of the school property. Ramos is with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3 from Port Hueneme, Calif., and is currently assigned to Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa.
