Seaman Matthew Vanderstouwe, a construction mechanic constructionman, right, and Petty Officer 2nd Class Alex Cueto, an equipment operator, rolls off a roll of chain link fence onto a fork lift at Ali Sabieh School in the Dikhil District, Oct. 24, 2009.
