Members of the 147th Reconnaissance Wing load a Ground Control station (GCS) onto a C-17 Globmaster Aug. 26, 2015, at Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base, Houston. The 147th Reconnaissance Wing is deploying to Latvia as part of the European Reassurance Initiative, a partnership between NATO allies to ensure stability in the region.
