147th Reconnaissance Wing MQ-1B Predators in their storage containers and other equipment on a C-17 Globemaster Aug. 27, 2015, at Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base, Houston. The 147th Reconnaissance Wing is deploying to Latvia as part of the European Reassurance Initiative, a partnership between NATO allies to ensure stability in the region.
