The outgoing command team of the Army Reserve Medical Command, Command Sgt. Maj. Harold P. Estabrooks and Maj. Gen. Bryan R. Kelly, case the command general’s individual flag signifying the end of his command. Estabrooks is scheduled for a tour of duty in Italy and Kelly is retiring after 26 years of dedicated service to the U.S. Army Reserve. He plans to spend more time with his family and continue his civilian career as a clinical psychologist near his hometown of East Sandwich, Mass.
