Soldiers of the Army Reserve Medical Command form a line and salute Maj. Gen. Bryan R. Kelly and his family as they departed from the unit’s change of command ceremony Sept. 26, 2015, at the C.W. Bill Young Armed Forces Reserve Center in Pinellas Park, Fla. During the ceremony, Maj. Gen. Mary E. Link assumed command of the unit from Kelly, and Command Sgt. Maj. Marlo V. Cross assumed responsibility from Command Sgt. Maj. Harold P. Estabrooks.
