Staff Sgt. Eric Hulien, a drill sergeant with 3rd Battalion, 34th Infantry Regiment leans over a U.S. flag to ensure Soldiers are pulling it taunt, Nov. 18 during rehearsals for the University of South Carolina’s Military Appreciation Day at Williams-Brice Stadium. The Soldiers held the flag as part of the half-time celebration. The Soldiers are set to graduate basic training Wednesday.
