Sgt. Glenn Prause, a shop foreman from Bozeman, Montana, and Sgt. Andrew Elias, a Bradley mechanic from Baldwin Park, Calif., conduct inventories of a Forward Repair System with Clinton Kerney, a contractor from Kellogg, Brown and Root at Mumaiciai, Lithuania, Dec. 13. The soldiers from 3rd Battalion, 69th Armored Regiment turned their equipment in as a part of establishing a forward storage site by U.S. Army Europe and Army Material Command. Having U.S. equipment stored forward within Allied and partner nations allows Regionally Allocated Forces easier access to that equipment when and where it is needed, saving time and resources to maximize the time available for training.
