151205-N-CJ186-420 NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY BAHRAIN (Dec. 5, 2015) A scout, from the Boy Scouts of America, walks down a ladderwell aboard the Avenger-class mine countermeasures ship USS Sentry (MCM 3), assigned to Commander, Task Group (CTG) 52.2. Troops 221 and 826, based out of Saudi Arabia and the Kingdom of Bahrain, took part in the tour as a step to earn their Citizenship in the Nation Merit Badge, in which they visit two U.S. government facilities to earn the merit. CTG 52.2 conducts mine countermeasures, explosive ordnance disposal and force protection operations throughout the U.S. 5th Fleet Area of Operations.
