An U.S. Soldier from White Platoon, B Battery, 1-10th Field Artillery, and Iraqi soldiers, provide security during a ribbon cutting ceremony for a newly opened pump station in Al Hwar, Iraq, Dec. 15. The pump, built with U.S. loans to the government of Iraq, is part of a series of eight stations built to provide improved irrigation for farmers south of the Tigris River.
