U.S. Army Sgt. Jasmine Wells, an Army Reserve Soldier deployed to Kosovo with 2nd Battalion, 238th Aviation Regiment, makes firing adjustments to her M16 rifle during the Multinational Battle Group-East Soldier of the Month competition, Jan. 9, 2016, at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. The two-day competition included an evaluation on each competitor’s physical fitness, weapons knowledge, and ability to evaluate and evacuate a casualty. The competition’s NCOs and junior enlisted Soldiers represent the best of each U.S. Army unit serving as part of NATO’s Kosovo Force peace support mission in the region. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
