Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy, the Honorable William Natter III, meets Mozambican Cmdr. Misero Mujui, Africa Partnership Station East director of staff aboard the APS East platform Swift (HSV 2) in Mombasa, Kenya, Jan. 14. Natter visited Swift and USS Nicholas (FFG 47) to meet with Sailors and learn more about the APS program. Swift and Nicholas are in East Africa and will visit ports in Djibouti, Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique, Mauritius, Seychelles and Comoros to participate in maritime exchanges aimed at enhancing maritime safety and security in the region.
