Sailors of the Quarter Navy Seaman Miguel Hobbs, center left, and Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Zachary Kirk, center right, received congratulations from the III Marine Expeditionary Force command team Feb. 12, 2016, at III MEF Headquarters, Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan. Hobbs won “Blue Jacket of the Quarter” and Kirk won “Junior Sailor of the Quarter” for superior performance during the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2016.
